Physiotherapy is important for our daily life because it can help us prevent or recover from injuries, reduce pain, improve mobility and function, and enhance our quality of life. Some of the benefits of physiotherapy are:

It can help prevent or avoid surgery by treating the condition or injury before it worsens or heals it in its early stages.

It can reduce the dependency on medicines by using natural methods such as exercise, massage, heat, cold, electricity, etc.
