Working on few illustrations for my
innovative Ligament & Cartilage–Sparing Augmentation Rhinoplasty technique.
As both a rhinoplasty surgeon and trainer, I believe true refinement comes from respecting anatomy, not overpowering it. This approach preserves the delicate intercrural ligaments, utilizes native cartilage with precision and economy, and augments only where structural support and aesthetic balance genuinely require it.
