We're thrilled to share the highlights from our recent workshop, organized by Institute of Life and Physical Sciences, Gulab Devi Educational Complex in collaboration with University of the Punjab and Bioinfoquant on August 28th, 2024!
This hands-on workshop brought together BS level students, expert trainers, and industry professionals to explore the latest bioinformatics tools and techniques. From genomics to proteomics, our participants gained practical experience in:

Protein structure prediction and analysis
Protein ligand Docking
The workshop aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, empowering participants to tackle real-world challenges in bioinformatics.

2nd Annual Pre-Clinical Sciences Day was celebrated in Al Aleem Medical College, Gulab Devi Teaching Hospital, Lahore with the participation of students from Gulab Devi Educational Complex. The event showcased students' understanding of various medical disciplines, including pathology, forensic medicine, pharmacology, community medicine, and ophthalmology, through innovative models and posters. A panel of esteemed judges evaluated their work. Additionally, the event featured a research dissemination seminar, where students presented their findings under the guidance of community medicine faculty. The event culminated in a prize distribution ceremony, where the principal of Al Aleem Medical College, Prof. Dr. Hamid Hassan, and a distinguished jury panel, comprising Prof. Dr. Majid, Prof. Dr. Khalil, Prof. Dr. Arshad, Prof. Dr. Zaheer Akhtar, Dr. Farah Adeeba, Dr. Warda, and Dr. Ambreen, presented shields and certificates to the winners.
