45 year old patient - 18.00 wants to get rid of glasses. I suggested Refractive Lens Exchange. Case become more challenging when the Lens power difference between both eyes become too big. Discussed with the patient and I proceeded for surgery. The results were mesmerizing with very satisfied patient. Alhamdulillah
