Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified Lab Technician to join our team at our global Diagnostic laboratory collection center in Nankana Sahib. The Lab Technician will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting of results, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the laboratory.
Responsibilities:
Conduct laboratory tests and procedures, including blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic tests as needed.
Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
Maintain accurate records of test results and report findings to the appropriate parties.
Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment, following established protocols for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
At least 2 years of experience working as a Lab Technician.
Knowledge of laboratory protocols and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
