"ڈیپریشن دراصل اور کچھ نہیں بس 'ایمان کی کمزوری' کی نشانی ہے "
یہ وہ جملہ تھا جس نے دل و دماغ میں غدر مچا دیا۔
سارا وقت دماغ میں "ایمان کی کمزوری" ہی کنڈلی مارے بیٹھا رہا۔
کچھ لفظ کیسے وجود ہلا دینے والے ہوتے ہیں ناں!
لوگو!
ہتھ ہولا رکھا کرو،اتنے بڑے بڑے جملے،اتنے سفاک!!
جس چیز سے کبھی گزرے نہ ہوں اسکے بارے میں اتنے بڑے بڑے جملے نہیں بولا کرتے۔
جانے ان 'کمزور ایمان' والوں میں سے کتنے ہوں گے
جنہوں نے ڈیپریشن کی انتہاوں میں کہ جب لفظ بھی گم ہو جاتے ہوں گے۔۔۔کہ جب چند لفظ بولنے پر بھی تھکن سے ہانپتے ہوں گے۔انکی خالی آنکھوں نے حسرت سے آسمان کو کتنے لمحے تکا ہو گا۔اللہ آپ تو سب جانتے ہیں ناں۔ان خالی آنکھوں کے سوال اللہ نے دیکھے ہوں گے۔
کتنے ہی ہوں گے؛
جہنوں نے کئ کئ گھنٹے سجدے کی حالت میں گزارے ہوں گے،اللہ سے مدد مانگتے ہوئے۔اللہ مجھے بھی ان اندھیروں سے نکال۔جس طرح تو نے اپنے نبی یونسؑ کو مچھلی کے پیٹ سے نکالا۔مجھے بچا لے،سکینت دے دے کی گردان کرتے ہوئے!
اور آپ کو کیا پتہ۔انہیں میں سے کسی 'کمزور ایمان' والے نے استغفار، آیت کریمہ کی تسبیحات سانسوں کے آنے جانے کی طرح کی ہوں گی۔
ہر Panic Attack پر جائے نماز کی طرف لپکتا ہو گا۔ اللہ کے سامنے کھڑا ہونے کے لئیے۔کئ کئ گھنٹے قرآن کی تلاوت کی ہو گی، دل کی ویرانی ختم کرنے کے لئیے۔
کئ کئ دن مسلسل آنسووں سے اللہ سے فریاد کی ہو گی کہ بس آپ میرے سے نظر مت ہٹائیے گا۔بس میرے ساتھ رہئیے گا۔اپنے ہونے کا احساس بس رکھئیے گا۔

لوگو!
اللہ کو اسکا امتحان شائد اسطرح ہی مقصود ہو گا۔
اس امتحان کی وجہ سے ہی سہی۔ اللہ کو اسکا یوں بھاگ بھاگ کے اپنی طرف آنا جانے کتنا پسند ہو گا۔ چاہے رونے کے لئیے ہی سہی۔
وہ اگر غلطی سے کبھی کسی کو کچھ بتا بھی بیٹھے۔ اس آس میں کہ شائد کوئ 'سننے' والا مل جائے
تو اسکو آپکا طنزیہ اور افسوس بھرے انداز میں کیا جانے والا سوال کہ
"ابھی تک اس غم سے نہیں نکلے؟اس بیماری سے نہیں نکل سکے؟"
کتنے ہی خولوں میں سمیٹ جاتا ہو گا اور اگلی دفعہ آپ سے تو کیا، کسی سے بھی کچھ کہنےکی ہمت نہیں کر پائے گا کہ آپ تو فٹ فتوٰی جڑ دیں گے: " اصل میں تم خود ہی اس بیماری سے نہیں نکلنا چاہتے"
اور بہت سوں کو تو پھر مر جانا آسان لگتا ہو گا۔ ایک تو درد کی انتہائیں اور اوپر سے کوئ ہاتھ بڑھا کر مدد کرنے والا بھی جب دور دور تک کوئ نہ دکھے۔
کیا کبھی آپ نے کسی کینسر کے مریض سے کہا کہ تم اس لئیے اس بیماری سے نہیں نکل پا ریے کہ اصل میں تم خود ہی ٹھیک ہونا نہیں چاہتے؟
تمہارا تو دراصل ایمان ہی کمزور ہے۔جن کا ایمان اللہ پہ مضبوط ہو وہ کینسر میں مبتلا نہیں ہوتے۔ وغیرہ وغیرہ۔

یقین کیجئیے!!
جسطرح ہر تالے کی چابی الگ ہوتی ہے۔۔اسی طرح ہر دل الگ ہوتا ہے اور ہر دل کو آزمانے کے امتحان لینے کے اللہ کے طریقے الگ۔ہر ایک کا پرچہ الگ۔
ایمان کی کمزوری، ناشکراپن، اور اللہ سے دوری کا ٹیگ لگانے سے پہلے بس یہ دیکھ لیا کریں کہ اردگرد ماحول کتنا اور کس حد تک غیر فطری ہے۔ جب کبھی آپ کے نظامِ تعلیم نے غم کو برتنے کا۔ ٹراما سے گزرنے کا طریقہ ہی نہ سکھایا ہو۔
جہاں اداسی، ڈیپریشن، غم اور anxiety جیسے ایموشنز پر جی بھر کر شرمندہ کیا جاتا ہو۔وہاں انسانوں کا mental health issue کا شکار ہو جانا کوئ ایسی انہونی بات تو نہیں۔اور پھر جب انسان خود ہی اس دلدل سے نکلنے کا طریقہ ڈھونڈ رہا ہو تو۔کچھ وقت تو لگتا ہے ناں۔غم کی سائیکولوجی سمجھنے میں۔ اپنے تالے کی چابی ڈھونڈنے میں!!
کہ ایک ہی طریقہ، ایک ہی چابی ہر کسی کے لئیے نہیں ہوتی۔اور کون جانے چابی مل جانے پہ یہی ٹوٹا ہوا تارا ماہ کامل بن جائے۔
جو تکلیف آپکو کبھی نہیں آئ اسکا یہ مطلب نہیں کہ وہ اس دنیا میں exist ہی نہیں کرتی۔غم کی شدتوں میں دل فارغ۔بالکل خالی بھی ہو جاتا ہے۔
یہ تو قرآن بھی ہمیں بتاتا ہے۔۔
و اصبح فواد ام موسٰی فٰرغا۔(سورةالقصص۔۔آیت10)
و اشکو بثی و حزنی الی اللہ؛ وہ یعقوبؑ کا اپنے حزن کی کہانیاں اللہ کو سنانا۔
رب ابن لی عندک بیتاً فی الجنة؛ تکلیف کی شدتوں میں حضرت آسیہؓ کا اللہ کے پاس،بہت پاس،جنت میں امن والے گھر کا سوال کرنا۔
رب انی مسنی الضر و انت ارحم الراحمین؛ حضرت ایوبؑ کا اللہ سے اپنی تکلیف کا حال کہنا۔
وہ ام سلمہؓ کا مکہ حجرت کے وقت بیٹے کا چھین لیا جانا اور ایک لمبے عرصے تک انکا روزانہ مدینہ میں مکہ سے آنے والے راستے کو بیٹھ کر تکتے رہنا اور رونا یہاں تک کہ بیٹا واپس مل گیا۔
ان ہستیوں کو اللہ نے کبھی انکے ایموشنز کی وجہ سے شرمندہ نہیں کیا۔
ربنا ما خلقت ھذا باطلا؛ ہمارے رب نے تو کچھ بھی بے وجہ نہیں بنایا۔
موجودہ حالات میں اتنے لوگوں کا depression اور anxiety ,کا شکار ہوتے جانا۔ بتاتا تو ہے کہیں کچھ بہت بری طرح غلط ہے۔جس کو ٹھیک کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔
اور کیا پتہ انہیں sufferers میں سے کوئ "چن" لیا جائے،غلط کو ٹھیک کرنے کے لئیے۔
تو بس۔ گرے ہووں کو ہاتھ بڑھا کر تھامنے کا۔ اپنی طاقت کے مطابق۔ ہنر سیکھنا شروع کر دیں۔زخموں پہ مرہم لگانے کا ہنر۔ مرہم پٹی کرنے کا ہنر۔
کسی ایک کو بچا لیں مضبوط ایمان والو۔ شائد یہی حجت بن جائے!
ڈاکٹر نے اپنے سیمینار میں حدیث ' جس نے ایک انسان کی جان بچائ اس نے گویا پوری انسانیت کو بچایا' کا بہت ہی منفرد اور الگ اینگل سے مطلب سمجھایا۔
کہ اپنے درد کو ختم کرنے کے لئیے خودکشی کے لئیے تیار شخص کو بچا لینا۔کسی کو سن لینا بغیر کوئ مشورہ یا فتوی دئیے۔کسی کو اسکے ڈیپریشن کی انتہاوں پہ میسر آجانا۔ بار بار میسر آ جانا!!
تو میرے پیارے لوگو!!!
Depression and anxiety is real.The pain is real.So stop shaming others for their emotions!!
اللہ ہمیں مرہم پٹی کا ہنر سکھا دیں۔آسانیاں پیدا کرنے والا بنا دیں۔اللہ ہمیں بھی بے غرض اپنے بندوں کی مدد کرنے والا بنائیں ۔اللہ ہمارے لیے آسانیاں پیدا فرمائے اور ہمیں آسانیاں پیدا کرنے والا بناۓ آمین!!

A man came to a hospital for a routine check-up.He noticed an old woman in a panic state.She was going ward to ward inquiring everyone whom she encountered.The man went to her and asked what's the matter?The old woman replied with a pain in her voice:"My son has got cancer and he needs blood or else he'll die".The man asked the Group.She told him that it was O+ve.The man felt her pain and agreed to donate his Blood.The old mother eyes instantaneously filled with hope.She started praying for his son and the man of course.The man bleed and before leaving he went to the old woman and said:"Remember me in your prayers".
After somedays the same man had a tragic incident.His son met an accident and presented to the hospital's emergency with profuse bleeding.The man did all he could to arrange donors but he was running short of some units.When all hopes vanished and he was left with no other option but to pray for his son a teenager boy came to him and said:"I'll give my blood to your son".The man stood up and hugged the teenager and took him straight to the blood bank to bleed.When the teenager was about to leave the man asked him:"Who informed you about me?"The teenager replied:"I'm the one whom you once donated blood.My mother used to pray for you everyday.Today when I was sleeping I saw you in my dream and when I woke up my mom told me to meet you.She had the same dream."
The man remembered how he once donated his blood to the same teenager and the sparkle in the eyes of that old mother.

Deep review of AIMC
Allama iqbal medical college is regarded as one of the most prestigious medical institutions in the country. Established in 1975. The college was housed temporarily in a borrowed inadequate building with meager audiovisual teaching aids at the Post-Graduate Medical Institute. The space was so limited that two shifts of teaching and practical classes were held to accommodate all the students.
Later in 1990 college was relocated to Allama Iqbal Medical College Complex which has a massive campus of 105 acres (42 ha) on the canal comprising the basic departments, administrative block, library and fountain pavilion, lecture theatre complex and cafeteria. It provides residential facility for 1000 medical students, 200 internees, 500 nurses and a colony comprising 200 houses for the employees.

For the purpose of extra- and co-curricular activities, a sports complex including separate gymnasiums for boys and girls, swimming pool, tennis courts, hockey and cricket grounds, and an auditorium with a seating capacity of 1500 have also been built. Initially the Services Hospital was affiliated with AIMC, but later as the college moved to its present campus in 1990, Jinnah Hospital was built as a dedicated teaching hospital.
AIMC has got brilliant alumni who share exceptional love and compassion for their mother institute. AIMCAANA and AIMCAUK represent alumni organisations of AIMC in US and UK respectively. These organisations have donated hundreds and thousands of dollars to various non profit schemes and projects in the country. For instance, The APPNA 2006 annual meeting saw Iqbalians progressing to another level showing true compassion, when within a few minutes AIMCAANA members pledged $175,000 for Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Center. This big achievement was result of then executive council and Dr Asad Qamar then president‘s hard work and perseverance to convince Imran Khan to become the chief guest.Between 2008 to 2013 alumni contributed over $250,000 and almost $150, 000 were spent completing several projects not only in Pakistan but also in our adopted homeland.
AIMC today has amalgam of best minds in punjab standing with persistent 2nd position in term of highest merit of admission. Allama iqbal medical college students are highly competent internationally which is evident from the fact that over 500 graduates from AIMC are working in UK and Ireland.
AIMC examination system is inherently relevant to UHS lahore, which is the second best medical university in Pakistan according to HEC. UHS keeps a firm check on quality by regularly updating the question bank and scrutinizing examination systems.
Students of Allama Iqbal Medical College work within three recognized departments of college, named biochemistry, pathology and medicine in research fields. College announced its tri-monthly journal of research called AIJE, which still could not establish itself. Perhaps research is not the strongest point about AIMC and much is needed to be done here.
Jinnah Hospital is the attached teaching hospital of AIMC. It's total capacity is 1650 beds offering 29 services. Hospital network though comprehensive is not magnanimous.
There are some non profit based societies like patients welfare society run by students.
Teaching faculty is impressive with top names in province. Examination system and teaching methodology are fairly modern. Academics is a very strong point about college probably one of the best in country which is reflected in quality of graduates.
Due to Incredible Alumni, spectacular academics and magnificent campus AIMC scores third highest in MURSA (Medical Universities Rating System) score and secures third place among the best medical institutes of pakistan.
