اگر کوئی شخص ایسا عمل کرتا ہے جس سے دوسروں کو فائدہ پہنچتا ہے تو اس عمل کا انجام دینے والا اس کے ایک عمل کا اجر اس وقت تک جمع کرتا رہے گا جب تک کہ اس سے دوسروں کو فائدہ پہنچے (اس شخص کے انتقال کے بعد بھی)۔ اسے صدقہ جاریہ یا دائمی صدقہ کہا جاتا ہے۔
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جب آدمی مر جاتا ہے تو اس کے اعمال ختم ہو جاتے ہیں، سوائے تین کے: صدقہ جاریہ، وہ علم جس سے فائدہ اٹھایا جائے، اور نیک اولاد جو اس کے لیے دعا کرے۔ (مسلم، ترمذی، دیگر)احساس بھی چاہیے اور آپ کا ساتھ بھی چاہیے

The story of Zarbadshah Khan is truly inspiring.

He Born in Mianwali with a physical disability, his younger sister also suffers from a similar disability (Ge***al Disorder), they faced many challenges from their young age. Despite their family's limitations, they chose the Voice Society for the upbringing, education and treatment of their children.

During the multiple surgeries of his legs, he continued his education and even memorized verses of the Holly Quran.

He excelled in his studies with determination, he also fulfilled his passion for sports, participated in local and national competitions, and represented the Voice Society in wheelchair racing competitions.

He is trying to break stereotypes with his actions and prove that disability is not an obstacle to achieving greatness. his motto? "Disability is a mindset, not a limitation.

Zarbadshah's journey has inspired many and he is now a motivational speaker, spreading a message of hope and resilience in worldly affairs as well as religious teachings.

His story shows us that with courage and perseverance, we can overcome any obstacle and achieve our dreams

Farooq Raza is a dedicated leader, social development professional, and founding member whose strategic vision and compassionate leadership have played a vital role in shaping the Voice Society since its inception. Holding an MCS, B.Com, and certification in Human Resource Management, he has been instrumental in policy formulation, budgeting, proposal writing, and executing successful fundraising campaigns, events, and development projects.

Despite being polio-affected in his left leg, Farooq Raza has emerged as a symbol of resilience and inspiration. He played a pivotal role in establishing “Voice Home,” the first Independent Living Home for Children with Disabilities in Pakistan and South Asia, uniquely managed by Persons with Disabilities for Children with Disabilities. Known affectionately as “Love like Father,” his empathy, kindness, and unwavering commitment continue to create hope, empowerment, and a sense of belonging for countless children and families.

Disability Rights Advocate | Performing Arts Leader | Occupational Therapist | Social Activist

Humayun Zaheer Ch. is an inspiring changemaker and disability rights advocate who has dedicated over 25 years to empowering differently-abled individuals across Pakistan. Despite being polio-affected, he turned challenges into strength—becoming a writer, poet, director, choreographer, singer, and performer while serving communities through rehabilitation, arts, and awareness initiatives. He holds a Diploma in Occupational Therapy and certifications in multimedia engineering and performing arts.

Founder of Pakistan Performing Arts Society for Handicapped Persons and former representative of Pakistan at Rehabilitation International (Oslo, Norway), Humayun Zaheer uses theatre, poetry, and performances to raise national awareness on disability issues. Currently serving with the Pakistan Society for Rehabilitation of the Differently Abled, he continues to uplift lives through advocacy, creative expression, and social service—proving that true leadership comes from purpose and compassion.
