Do you feel anxious, misunderstood by others, depressed, lonely, panicked, fatigued, or anxious? Or life doesn't get easier? You are not alone. I am here for you.
I recently moved from USA. I practiced pychotherapy in California for 11 years. I provide psychotherapy in person and online to adults, couples, and adolescents.
I work with depression, trauma, childhood issues, stress, anxiety, relational issues, diseases, and so on.
I draw from a variety of healing modalities and tailor each session to the unique needs of each client in a safe and non-judgmental space with unconditional positive regard. My work integrates mind, body, spirit, and heart. We might work with creative expression, body, Reiki, energy healing, sandplay, meditations, visualizations, movement, or just talk.
