What is autism???
What I have gathered information about autism ... I m going to share with you all .. you can also say weather it is wrong or right... Every time I spoke to each parent and ask what is the cause ...
If we see any problem during pregnancy doctor will confirm.. so and so problem is there...
But in autistic child he is good at the time of pregnancy... He will face the problem after 6 months or some children after 1 yr or some after 3 ...
Because child brain development will start from new born baby to 5 years kid's.. in this period atleast untill they are 3years if we the parents should spend time talk to them keep eye to eye contact.. so the brain development will not stop... If we are missing this things or the baby is left alone for one month without Engaged by parents ... We can see Autism development in kid's...

According to me when I have spoken to each and everyone ( family members of autistic) , (speech delay, hyper active, no eye contact, not hearing ) (ADHD, Asd, developmental co-ordinator disorder , OCD , specific learning difficulties.)
family Environment is the cause of Autism in children...
*Screen time or without screen left alone with toys more than 45mits ..
*More sounds addiction.
*Parents busy life style.
*Over stress of mother during pregnancy/postpartum.
*Kid's left alone/not engaged with kid's.
*Parents more screen time will also Effect in child's development.
*Single parenting.
*Child is left alone more than 45mints with screen or without screen.
*Baby grown up watching walls and ceilings.
*Kid's Grown up in 4walls. ( Not going to parties, function, park, or any playing areas or near relatives , not playing with other kid's can effect easily) .

In nuclear family right from COVID/pandemic Autism cases have been increased because of screen time.
Parents watching phone or laptop or child watching phone = autistic in children from 0- 5yrs kid's.
If mom is busy with office and household work or dad is busy without Engaged with their child then We can get more chances of Autism in that kid..

Joint family :-
Joint family but everyone are busy with their own work not understanding a mother of a child or the child is left alone with toys you can see Autism development in that kid easily...
In joint family the mother one who don't get support or the mother is more worried about work, family members or sibling of the child. Due to this not only the Autism kid sibling of the kid is also Effecting.. in this way we can see age gap of 2-3years in children .. both the kid's are below 5 years... Both are autism...
In some cases if mother is having 2 babies age gap of 2-3years then they may not concentrate on one of the other kid.that kid will be left alone may get chances of Autism.. in few case's in twins one of the kid is slow/ development delays issue then the other kid also effected. Because children learn quickly watching other children...

You have to talk with your kid's from the new born stage itself then only they can grasp and the baby nervous system will keep active.the baby can receive signals through our words than their brain 🧠 receive the signals and work accordingly.
Remember it's Essential to provide a safe nurturing environment for children to grow and develop healthily
Get down to their eye level and make an eye contact.
Your kid's need more consistent boundaries from you. But you're just lacking empathy in that moment. I request you to give more attention to them, give them maximum time, parents should become a child and keep engage with the daily activities then they also learn easily and quickly.
Your child's well being is directly influenced by you (parents).

For a baby everything is illusion expect parents/ family members..

When you get test for Autism kid's their EEG , ear test, vocal cords test, tounge issue, genetic test the results will be normal. If the baby faces any challenges at the time of birth or the baby did not cried after birth, we can see development delays , they need physiotherapy. Autistic kid's are physically fit they don't need any physiotherapy. But due to lack of attention they get mentally challenges .
If you test any autism kid their brain is normal as the common kid. If we are interactive with baby from new born stage to 5 years . From COVID 2 yrs kid was diagnosed with autism ... I met with one of the mother her child was diagnosed at the age of 4 ... Can you imagine 4yrs kid's know everything ( A-Z , colours, drawing, talking, asking each and every thing) but because of pandemic the child was effected by watching phone...
If we are not interactive in this stage (baby 0-5yrs) their brain nervous system which gives signal to the brain will freeze...

When the baby is born he will not learn itself.. God as gifted parents/ grandparents/ family members... But today's generation are being more busy...
In 90's in India till 20's we have never heard about autism...in other countries they have proved that it's genetic... Because they lifestyle was different from 80's 90's itself... In India Today's generation is different... So we are seeing more cases of Autism... ( In India)

I will see so many parents using phone always at park , while walking, while shopping though the kid is around there are busy with phones ... Or the kid is watching phone at restaurant/ shopping mall/ market/ marriages / or any event.
I was searching house for rent I have seen babies are left alone with big screen and toys and mom's are busy doing household work or office work...
Atleast untill they are 3years if you take care of the child then you can send them to school there they can learn everything very quickly ( because brain development will be
100 % from new born stage itself) .. .

This message is for new parents/ pregnant women/ newly married couples/ the one who are planning 2nd baby.

Note - I'm not a doctor neither a therapist. I'm a experienced mother.

Doctor's are still researching.. therapist knows everything.. but waiting for doctors to say or talk about Autism..

What we have suffered I don't want any parents to suffer with a special kid..

Going to defferent test ..
Defferent therapy center ... I have seen many parents struggling a lot ...

Sensory diets are ofte ln used for those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), ADHD, and other neurological conditions.

Here are some key points about sensory diets:

1. **Individualized:** A sensory diet is tailored to the specific sensory needs and sensitivities of the individual. It considers whether the person is sensory-seeking (craving sensory input) or sensory-avoidant (overwhelmed by sensory input).

2. **Activities:** The sensory diet includes a range of sensory activities that address various sensory modalities, such as tactile (touch), vestibular (movement and balance), proprioceptive (body awareness), visual, auditory, and olfactory. Activities can include activities like swinging, deep pressure, sensory breaks, fidget tools, calming scents, and more.
