You can take dairy in the form of raita with your meal.

As far as portion of fruit is concerned, I always recommend fruit 30 mints before your meal.

It's not necessary that everyone can get the same results from same diet, some may take longer and some may have fast metabolism, There are variety of factors vary among individuals whether it's metabolism, hormonal problems,chronic disease and many others!

Basically apple cidae vinegar is one feremented product of apple having ethanol in it.

Most of the people Google it with weight loss tag where it comes with promising health benefits in including weight loss , managing blood glucose levels (diabtese) and cholesterol too.

But the thing is this product does not directly help in weight loss but it may helps to keep your metabolism or works the same as green tea and other similar drinks but it don't burn fat at all

Second thing is , as it is acid so ammount consumed is important, it may cause irritation in throat, or stomach lining or may destroy your teeth, it also decreases potassium levels in body mainly required for the activity of every muscle in your body. Don't use it if you have any gastric problem or consult professional before using it.

The final thing is that there are no magic products ,supplements , or herbal and detox drinks that will directly help you to loose weight the magic ingredient is only changing your lifestyle.
