Q 1. Untreated syphilis most common complication
1. Tabes dorsalis
2. Aortic aneurysm
3. Gumma
Q.2. 60 Yr old woman with 2 degree uv prolapse
1. Ring pessary
2. VH
3. VH with anterior repair & post repair
4. Laparoscopic sacropexy
Q.3 patient of lymphogranuloma venarum with painless ulcer and tender lymphadenopathy investigation of choice
1. VDRL
2. Culture of chlamydia
3. Antibodies against chlamydia
4. NAAT

Q.4 Recurrent vaginal infection, not relieved despite treatment, what drug will you give
1. Fluconazole
2. Metronidazole
3. Cephalosporin
4. Penicillin
