Revision rhinoplasty is a special type of rhinoplasty surgery in which not only deformity correction is carried out, but enhancement of facial aesthetics is also the target.
This Patient had surgery for hump nose but still had the hump and wide dorsum with non existent dorsal aesthetic lines. Septorhinoplasty was revised and bony correction was performed to get desired results.
