40 years old male came with infected Nonunion Right tibia, I did Ilizarov fixation with Removal of dead bone and Segment tranport, patient was mobilised full weight bearing the next day, Distraction osteogenesis will be started on 10th post op day INSHALLAH.....

40 سال کا مرد متاثرہ Nonunion Right tibia کے ساتھ آیا، میں نے مردہ ہڈی کو ہٹانے اور سیگمنٹ ٹرانپورٹ کے ساتھ Ilizarov کا تعین کیا، مریض کو اگلے دن پورے وزن کے ساتھ متحرک کیا گیا، انشااللہ 10ویں دن بعد ازاں osteogenesis شروع کیا جائے گا۔
