Micronutrients play important role in our daily routine. Did you know that:
 Humans require about 1 oz (28 g) of vitamins for every 150 lb (70 kg) of food they consume.
 Plants can synthesize all the vitamins they need but animals vary in their ability to synthesize vitamins.
 Micronutrients are not produces in the body except vitamin D.
 How you calculate your all micronutrients on daily basis? Is that so easy? No, obviously no. So try to eat a rainbow diet. Eat more colorful foods in red, green, orange, and yellow to almost every daily meal. It fulfill your most of the micronutrient requirement.
