We successfully performed three cRR (constant resistance ratio) cases at PIC Lahore using the Non-hyperemia Index with the Insight Life Science VivoCardio® Cardiovascular Pressure Measurement (CPM) System and TruePhysio® Rapid Exchange Pressure Microcatheter. No adenosine injection was required. The diagnostic accuracy of cRR, with a cutoff value of 0.89, was 97% when referenced to iwFR (0.89).

This was achieved using proprietary adenosine-free technology. The intuitive console is designed to record, compute, display, and store data from the TruePhysio® Rapid Exchange Pressure Microcatheter and other external transducers. It offers a one-tap switch between FFR and cRR measurements and can store up to 1000 hours of recordings.

Pull-back assessment is faster with cRR, which is numerically equivalent to iwFR*.
