University of Child Health Sciences, The Children's Hospital, Lahore Institution is focused for medical, nursing and allied health personnel in the field of health.

The Concept of the Children’s Hospital & the institute of Child Health, Lahore was presented in the annual meeting of Pakistan Paediatric Association in 1984, foundation stone was laid down in 1990, OPD Block was operationalized in May, 1995 and emergency services were started in October, 1996. The Children’s Hospital has been providing inpatient services since December 18, 1998. The hospital prov

ides a wide range of services both inpatient and outpatient, with full backup of diagnostic services. The Institute of Child Health is providing post graduate training to very large number of doctors in multiple disciplines as well as conducting research projects. The institute also encompasses the School of Nursing and the School of Allied Health Sciences.

Postponement of 1st Annual Pediatric Update 2026

Dear Colleagues,

We regret to inform you that, in light of the current evolving situation and after careful deliberation by the Organizing Committee, the 1st Annual Pediatric Update 2026, scheduled for March 27–28, 2026 in Lahore, has been postponed to a later date to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

All speaker invitations, abstracts, and registrations will remain valid and will automatically be carried forward to the new dates once announced.

The organizing committee will communicate the revised schedule as soon as conditions allow us to host the meeting.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, support, and continued commitment to this collaborative initiative of UCHS in partnership with APPNA Pediatrics and PPA.
