Saba Rana is a practicing Yogi,
-E-RYT (experienced, registered yoga teacher)
- YACEP (Yoga Alliance continued education provider)
-She has completed her first 200 Hour Ytt with Tribe Yoga in 2016 in Bali.
-Followed by another two more 200 hr Ytt’s under her wing,
-Saba is certified in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Kundalini, Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga.
-Saba has since then gained

teaching experience in Gili Islands, Indonesia as well as various cities in Pakistan.
-Saba organized and was on the teaching team for the very first 200 hr YTT in Skardu/Pakistan in 2016.
-She also got certified as a Reiki healer from Colombo, Sri Lanka in 2017.
-She owns & manages her own private Yoga studio since the past five years.
-Her strength is meditation.She is trained & certified as a meditation facilitator.
-Saba completed her 300 hrs with Aligned Yoga and is now an RYT-500 teacher. In her teens she was a gold medalist gymnast, followed by teaching Fitness/ training for several years. Later on she managed a Studio that explored dance & various forms of movement. She is now extremely content being a Yoga Teacher & Meditation facilitator. She leads a dynamic session through , Asana practice, Guided Meditation and Pranayama (yogic breath work). Join her on a journey to heal yourself and reconnect with your inner strength. Soul space offers group as well individual sessions, beginners, intermediate level & advanced level sessions. Exclusive workshops , corporate classes and retreats are organized annually. A space for like minded people such as practitioners, facilitators, therapists, speakers, teachers, counselors, instructors, yogis and seekers alike, to meet, exchange and offer skills & services & knowledge that align with a wellness lifestyle, assisting in community upliftment as well as maintaining or raising one’s personal bliss. Part 1 & 2
A two-part somatic sequence to regulate your nervous system through gentle stretch and sound.

Part 1:

Tilt your head toward one shoulder, place your hand softly over the opposite ear and breathe. You can hold this stretch for up-to 15 to 30 seconds on each side. This simple stretch stimulates the vagus nerve, which runs through the side of the neck — activating your parasympathetic response (rest & digest mode).

Part 2:
Now we move into vocal toning — a powerful way to activate the vagus nerve through sound and vibration.
Make the vowel sounds:
•Aaaah (chest/heart)
•Oooo (throat/lungs)
•Eeee (face/head)

These vibrations send safety signals to your body, helping it shift out of stress and into a state of ease.
This is somatic toning. This is nervous system reset through sound.
By sounding the vowels Aaaah, Oooo, and Eeee, we stimulate different areas of the throat, chest, and face — all of which are connected to the vagus nerve through its cranial branches.

10 things you can do to keep your nervous system regulated.

1. Come back to the breath.
Deep, conscious breathing is your anchor. Inhale for 4, exhale for 6. Repeat slowly to calm the nervous system.

2. Limit news intake.
Stay informed—but not overwhelmed. Choose one reliable source and check in at set times only.

3. Move your body.
Gentle yoga, stretching, walking, or dancing helps release stress hormones and brings you into the present moment.

4. Feel your feet.
Stand or sit with bare feet on the ground. Imagine roots growing deep into the earth. This visualization soothes anxiety.

5. Hold safe space.
Whether it’s a text to a friend or a circle of silence, presence and listening are powerful medicine.

6. Practice gratitude, even now.
Name 3 things you’re grateful for each day. It trains the brain to find light in the dark.

7. Create a simple ritual.
Light a candle, pray, write, or chant—small sacred acts bring a sense of peace and power.

8. Be kind to your nervous system.
Avoid overstimulation (loud noise, bright screens, too much caffeine). Choose softness wherever possible.

9. Stay connected.
Talk to people you trust. Don’t isolate. Let yourself cry, rage, or be silent with others.

10. Serve, if you can.
Helping others—through listening, teaching, or offering presence—grounds your energy and gives it purpose.

ABOUT SABA RANA

Saba completed her RYT 200 Hour YTT in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Tribe Yoga 2016 in Bali. Saba has since then gained extensive teaching experience in Gili Islands and Bali Indonesia as well as various cities in Pakistan. She got certified as a Reiki practitioner from Prana Lounge in Colombo, Sri Lanka in 2016. In 2017 January Saba got another 200 Hour RYT certification in Hatha and Yin from Bali with Asia Pacific Yoga.

Saba has been involved in the health & fitness industry for over 25 years. She started out as a young gold medalist gymnast, she went on to become a a fitness trainer and then launched a dance Studio. Her interest and fascination with body movement began very early on.

Her spiritual journey however began in recent years after her own life took a massive turn. Yoga fulfills her at a very deep rooted level. She embraced the yogic path three years ago as she set out with a new and strengthened faith to help heal in others what she managed to heal and overcome personally.
