A case that surprised me - Patient had severe ear ache, upon examination I could see a hair - however on oto-endoscopy I found out that the hair was Peircing the pars tensa of the tympanic membrane.

Crocodile forceps was used to hold it and it was removed giving immediate pain relief to the patient.
