Therapy can do wonder and help, if you are struggling with mental health issues.

Therapy can last anywhere from one session to several months or even years. It all depends on client need and it can take at least a few sessions to reap the rewards.

One of the most important elements of the therapeutic relationship is trust. Give yourself some time to develop a sense of trust in your therapist. From your very first session together, they’ll work to forge a bond with you that’s based on mutual trust, creating a safe space where you can speak openly without fear of judgement.

Codependency is an emotional and behavioral condition which affects your ability to have a healthy, mutually satisfying relationship. It’s a toxic reliance mostly one-sided and very much emotionally destructive.

Emotionally unavailability; people are not able to respond to their partners emotional needs and have persistent difficulty expressing or handling their own emotions, getting emotionally close to their partners & become emotionally abusive.
