There's a big confusion going around dinner time, dinner quantity and its relation to sleep, weight loss and health.

The goal for health, weight loss is to eat within a 3 hour window.

The meal would contain a combination of all macros and 1 portion of carbs, proteins and fats + fiber.

💥1 portion carbs means about 5-8 cooked tablespoon white rice + 1 portion of protein which is approx. 150 gm boneless meat or 3 whole eggs or fish like 150 gm salmon + 1-2 tbs olive oil mixed in rice – try to go easy on spices particularly at night because of intolerances💥

Eating 3 hours before sleep gives the digestion system enough time to process food and prepare for brief moments of fasting during sleep

Exercise, Nutrition & Lifestyle Tips for the PEAR SHAPE
The causes of pear shape and why you have not been successful so far are hormonal
➡Estrogen
➡Cortisol
➡Thyroid
➡Insulin.

The following guidelines are designed to address pear shape.
Liver support is critical to clean the body of excess hormones and toxins

➡Liver support smoothie: Beetroot, veggies smoothie: Small piece beetroot raw + water + apple + turmeric ½ tsp + ginger + leafy vegetables (baby spinach, celery, salad leaves, spinach) you can choose any or all of the leafy vegetables … blend all in water and drink empty stomach

➡Fear of food. Do not diet or cut calories because the muscle loss causes accelerated upper body mass loss which further exaggerates pear shape. And dieting isn’t the right approach anyway
