IMPACT is a paradise for those seeking help for their children with various difficulties including academic and behavioral problems caused by developmental delays, environmental problems or peer pressure. There are specific and general behavioral & emotional concerns that require counseling options which are available to both the child and their parents. A number of specific kinds of counseling that are provided include:
1- Behavior modification—this is often used with younger children who have problems with their behavior in various aspects of their lives including communication, education and/or day to day activities.
2- Family counseling—a service that helps with solving problems that may exist between members of a family and aims to result in a healthy and happy family environment for both the children and the parents.

4- Teenage Conflicts & Issues – this usually revolves around inter-personal relationships and decision making problems. It also helps them, to deal with anxieties, phobias and other issues.
5- Focus program ¬ _ this is helpful especially to handle ADD/ADHD. It includes different exercises that help a child relax and to have better focus and concentration. We also provide training workshops to parents, teachers and other professional for the betterment of the child in developing as a successful individual. Basic Level: This workshop is an informational workshop intended for school faculty. It presents information on learning disabilities, classroom management, classroom functioning and confidence building. The workshop will provide teachers with the necessary knowledge needed for helping specific children in their classrooms as well as new insight to improve overall functioning of their classrooms.

2. Advanced Level: This workshop is the second part of the Basic Level workshop and is designed to offer various techniques, protocols and activities that will help in raising classroom productivity on both individual and collective levels. Parent Workshops
1. Individual Family: This is a private work shop that is created for an individual family focusing on their specific needs and goals. The overall aim is to bring families closer together by tackling problems through an assorted arrangement of sessions, activities and exercises.

2. Parent Group: A workshop that is created for parents who have children with learning disabilities or who seem to struggle in school or other aspects of their lives. This is a great way for parents to share strategies and communicate with one another while taking part in our planned program. Many people have found this workshop to act as a support group which offers them a significant amount of help and insight. Career Counseling
This is a service that is provided for children, adolescents and adults to assist them in making correct choices for their future. This is done by the administration of “career fitting” assessments which can help in determining a career or choice of study for an individual that may be feeling uncertain about their future. Counseling sessions can also be arranged to discuss various options that are available to the individual person and ways of achieving those options.

Our Director, Ms. Maliha Latif Asad, joined the Neo Pakistan morning show today to share a vital message: Autism is a different way of experiencing the world, not a "puzzle" to be solved.

This April, we aren't just raising awareness—we are advocating for acceptance, belonging, and support for the autistic community across Pakistan. 🇵🇰✨

"Accept them. Be responsible for them. Discover their abilities." 🩵

This Autism Awareness Month, Maqbool (Max) Babri delivered a message straight from the heart — one that every parent, teacher, and caregiver needs to carry with them:

Every child with autism has abilities waiting to be seen. 🧩
But first — we must choose acceptance. We must choose responsibility.

We must choose to look beyond the label and find the extraordinary person underneath.
They are angels with abilities the world has not yet discovered. ✨

To every family on this journey — you are not alone. At Impact for Kids, we have walked alongside you for over 26 years, and we will keep showing up. 💙

Breaking the Silence: Therapy is for Everyone! ✨

Mental health is just as important as physical health. In this video, our Director, Ms. Maliha Latif Asad, talks about why visiting a psychologist should never be a source of shame. Whether it's a child or an adult, seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Let’s end the stigma together. It’s time to talk, heal, and grow.
