❗️Go for more healthy options add more fruits and vegetables ,they r not only appealing to the eye but benefical to ur health.
❗️keep your self hydrated.

❗️Limit your sodium and sugar.
❗️say No to junk and processed food .
❗️focus on portion size.
❗️Add food from all the food groups so your body can get all the nutrients it requires.
❗️keep yourself active .Exercise regular for atleast 25-30 minutes.
