Just because the pain has settled, doesn’t mean the problem is solved. 🎭

We’ve all been there: β€œMy pain is gone, so I’m fine now.”
But here’s your reality check:
Rest reduces painβ€”not the cause.

Think of it like a leak in your water tank. If you stop using the tank, it stops leaking. But is the hole fixed? Exactly. 🚰
The same goes for your body. If you stop walking to avoid knee pain, your knee isn’t healedβ€”it’s just not being triggered.
