The patient had a developmental deformity because of which there was the presence of mesiodens in the upper front region of teeth. Mesiodens is a supernumerary tooth present in the midline between the two central incisors. It usually results in oral problems such as malocclusion, food impaction, and poor aesthetics. 4 Zirconia crowns were placed in this case to make his teeth of better function and good aesthetics.
