Hormones are responsible for ๐‘๐ž๐ ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฆ๐ž๐ญ๐š๐›๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฆ and ๐€๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ž but creating a calorie deficit is still the key to lose weight.

When your ๐‡๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ are disturbed it might make things more difficult than usual and it may trigger the cravings and uncontrolled hunger, that means it will affect your calorie intake.

So when hormonal imbalance increases your hunger you might not control and reach a calorie surplus and if this situation prolongs you'll lose weight. Similarly if hormonal imbalance suppress your hunger you might step towards weight loss.

So CALORIE DEFICIT is the only way to lose weight.
