Tip of the week:
Don't take life so seriously! learn to laugh at the little things. Be amused by your mistakes and failures and be thankful that you learned your lesson and wont mess up like that again. Most importantly do things that you enjoy! Life is not strictly business, it can be mixed with pleasure.

Nadi Shodhana, or “alternate nostril breathing,” is a simple yet powerful technique that settles the mind and body. Alternate nostril breathing helps sharpen concentration level and mental clarity when mind feels dull. It provides equal amounts of oxygen to both sides of the brain. It is a great exercise to do before an important event where a sharper focus is required e.g an exam, interview, or an important meeting. As the main focus is on the control of the breath, while slowing it down and deepening it, the brain registers a message for the nervous system to shift from being stressed out towards becoming more relaxed.
