Celebrating the flavors of home,roti cooked in desi ghee with saag, lassi, tea, and homemade carrot halwa pure, safe, and lovingly prepared.

Providing a clean, hygienic, and infection-free environment is a fundamental patient right and the core responsibility of hospital administration, as it directly impacts patient outcomes, morbidity, and mortality.

At Lahore General Hospital, infection control and healthcare quality indicators are being addressed through robust systems and structured monitoring. A dedicated Infection Control Control Room at the Secretariat level ensures continuous oversight through routine and surprise monitoring across hospitals.

LGH is uniquely distinguished by having a fully functional, dedicated MSDS Department, comprising trained doctors, dedicated nursing staff, and a structured supervisory mechanism, ensuring effective implementation and continuous monitoring of all healthcare quality and safety indicators within the hospital.

Key Achievements

— Achieved Advanced Category in the Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Inspection
— Only hospital with a dedicated Infection Control & MSDS website and customized mobile application for real-time monitoring and transparency

These collective efforts successfully culminated in the renewal of LGH’s license, marking a major institutional milestone.

This achievement reflects teamwork, accountability, and LGH’s unwavering commitment to safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
