Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager – IT Hardware to manage procurement and operational purchasing activities. This role requires hands-on experience with IT hardware sourcing, supplier management and international shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Procure servers, storage, and networking hardware (Dell, HP, Cisco, Lenovo, etc.)
✅ Manage daily purchasing activities from B2B platforms
✅ Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers
✅ Handle FedEx labeling and shipment documentation
✅ Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams on inventory flow
✅ Track stock levels, issue purchase orders, and monitor deliveries
✅ Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
✅ Analyze pricing trends and supplier performance
✅ Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes

Requirements
🔹 Minimum 2+ years' experience in IT hardware purchasing/operations
🔹 Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking equipment & components
🔹 Understanding of FedEx & international shipping procedures
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation & organizational skills
🔹 Bachelor’s degree preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
Acquire new customers and expand business accounts
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue
Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure smooth communication
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized IT hardware solutions
Support customers with servers, storage, and networking solutions for the US market

🔹 Requirements
1–2+ years of sales experience (IT hardware sales preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and achieve targets
Knowledge of IT hardware (servers, storage, networking) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
