نجی اسپتال ایمرجنسی کیسز لے لیتے ہیں...
.. لیکن وہاں پر مریض کے انتقال کی صورت میں لواحقین اور میڈیا عفریت بن کر اسپتال پر ٹوٹ پڑتے ہیں. اسی ناگہانی کے خوف سے نجی اسپتال اب سیریس مریض نہیں لیتے..
میڈیا جن کیسز کو پبلیسائز کر کے اپنے تئیں لواحقین کو انصاف دلاتا ہے اور ڈاکٹر یا اسپتال انتظامیہ کو بلیک میل کرتا ہے وہی میڈیا مریض کو ڈاکٹر اور فوری طبی مدد سے دور بھی کرنے کا باعث بن رہا ہے ..
ایک دفعہ اسپتال ایسے کسی میڈیائی عفریت کے چنگل میں آ جائے پھر وہ اسپتال اور اس کے دور و نزدیک کے دوسرے اسپتال آئندہ کے لیے ایسی ایمرجنسی لینے سے محتاط ہو جاتے ہیں. .
جس کا کوئی عزیز فوت ہوا ہے اس کا غم سمجھ آتا ہے لیکن یاد رکھیں ڈاکٹر آپ کا دشمن نہیں ہوتا وہ آپ ہی کے مریض کی جان بچانے کے لیے ٹیکا لگاتا ہے یا آپریشن کرتا ہے .. ظاہر ہے مریض سیریس تھا تبھی اسپتال لایا گیا تھا لیکن آپ لوگ اسی مریض کی اپنے گھر کے بیڈ پر وفات کو قبول کرتے ہیں اور گھر کے شیشے نہیں توڑتے یا گھر کے مالک کو جان سے مار دینے یا پھانسی پر لٹکا دینے کا مطالبہ نہیں کرتے . اس پر دفعہ 302 کا پرچہ کٹوانے کے بینر آویزاں نہیں کرتے
ہم سب مسلمانوں کا ماننا ہے کہ موت کا وقت اور جگہ مقرر ہے لیکن اگر یہ جگہ اور وقت اسپتال میں ہو تو کیا موت اللہ کی طرف سے نہیں؟ کیا وہ ڈاکٹر یا عملے یا اسپتال کی غفلت کا نتیجہ ہے؟ . گھر میں فوت ہونے والے عزیزوں کی وفات کس کی غفلت کا نتیجہ ہوتی ہے ؟
ہاں سرکاری اسپتال میں ایمرجنسی ادویات اور مشینری کا موجود ہونا ہم سب کا حق ہے . اور جان بچانے والی ادویات میں مہنگی ادویات بھی شامل ہونی چاہیے .
