After every 3 months, our parents meet their child's complete therapy team, to discuss current progress and future goals. Our Parent-Therapist Conferences are spaces with rich conversations where we brainstorm endless possibilities for our brilliantly talented children and figure out together what is or isn't working. Not just that, but we also strategize how to implement those ideas and take practical steps forward, so we can improve and do better for our kids. This is also when we update IEPs and hand over Quarterly Progress Reports to the parents.
These systems ensure accountability and documentation of everything we do, every step of the way. This is how we work with our in their child's therapy journey.
A note of appreciation for the unwavering hard work, dedication and commitment of all our therapists who make all of this possible and bring our mission to life: ensuring that neurodiverse-affirming and trauma-informed care is not just an ideal, but a deeply practiced reality for every child we serve.
