Pt presented with hx of recurrent urinary retention with LUTS,hematuria and raised creatinine level.

●On investigation there was an enlarged prostate of 80 gm with 3 variable size stones in U.B + B/L mod HUN and raised Cr of 1.7

Cystolitholepexy + TURP in a single go...
Alhmdulilah pt is doing fine and will be discharges tomorrow.

A middle aged man presented with complete Lt renal staghorn stone and intra renal pelvis.

Pyelolithotomy done and lower + mid pole stone removed through the pelvis but upper pole stone was completely stuck in the calyx so upper pole nephrolithotomy done and removed successfully..

Alhmdulilah. 🤲

In such a large stone Pyelolithotomy is the gold standard in which you can remove stone in a single procedure.

Alternative options are Multitract PCNL or staged PCNL but depends upon the affordability of the patient.

This young patient presented with hx of bilateral renal stones and moderate hydronephrosis with creatinine level of 1.8 mg/dl.

In first go, bilateral DJ stent were placed then left renal stone was removed by PCNL with gap of 2 weeks.

Now patient came for Rt PCNL + Lt Dj removal and complete stone clearance done without any complication.

Alhmdulilah pt is stable and discharged on 1st POD.

Check the no of stones retrieved from a single kidney.Alhmdulilah, removed whole stone burden. 🙏
