In almost every household, we find "experts" prescribing turmeric milk or cloves for every ailment, but do these actually cure diseases?. While home remedies (totkay) can be helpful, placing "blind faith" in them can be dangerous.

The Medical Reality:

Turmeric Milk (Haldi Doodh): Excellent for reducing inflammation, but it cannot cure infections, pneumonia, or high fever.

Cloves (Laung): Provides temporary relief for toothache but does not treat the underlying dental issue.

Black Seeds (Kalonji): Beneficial for health, but science does not support the claim that it eliminates diabetes entirely from the root.

Khana mazaidar bhi ho aur sehatmand bhi... jaaniye kaise! 🤔

Sardiyon ka mausam apnay sath laziz khanay toh lata hai, lekin be-ihtiyati aap ki sehat ko nuqsan bhi pohancha sakti hai. Dr. Osama Ashfaq batatay hain ke sardiyon mein ghalat khana peena aap ko kabaz (constipation), thakawat, jild ki khushki (dry skin), aur susti ka shikaar bana sakta hai.

The good news is: Sahi plate balance kar ke aap pur-energy reh sakte hain! ✅.

Sardiyon ke liye Behtareen Habits:

Vegetable Soup: J**m ko andar se garam aur hydrate rakhne ke liye behtareen hai.

Dry Fruits: Energy ka qudrati zariya.

Haldi Wala Doodh (Turmeric Milk): Quwwat-e-mudafiat (immunity) barhanay ke liye la-jawab.

Pani ka Istemal: Thand mein pyaas kam lagti hai, lekin din mein 8 se 10 glass pani zaroor piyen.

Sardi dushman nahi, be-ihtiyati dushman hai! 🤔

Sard mausam aatay hi joron (joints) aur uziyaat (muscles) mein sakhti peda ho jati hai, jis ki wajah se arthritis ke mareez sab se zyada mutasir hotay hain. Joron mein akran, harkat mein mushkil, aur khas taur par subah ke waqt shadeed dard hona sardiyon ki aam shikayat hai.

Dr. Osama Ashfaq aap ko batatay hain 60 seconds mein is dard se bachnay ka tarika:

Bachao aur Gharaylu Ilaaj: ✅

Garam Patti: Dard wali jagah par garam patti ya compression ka istemal karen.

Dhoop (Sunlight): Din mein kam se kam 10 minute dhoop mein zaroor bethen.

Varzish: Din bhar mein halki phulki stretching aur exercise jari rakhen.

Behtareen Ghaza: Akhrot, machli (fish), Omega-3 capsules, aur haldi walay doodh ka istemal karein.

⚠️ Doctor se kab ruju karen? Agar joron mein sozish (swelling) ho, jor garam mehsus hon, ya dard ke sath bukhar bhi shuru ho jaye, toh foran doctor se rabta karen.

Flu: Is mein j**m mein achanak dard, zukaam, aur cheenkay shamil hain.

COVID-19: Is ki nishaniyon mein bukhar, j**m mein dard, aur zaiqa (taste) ya soonghne ki salahiyat (smell) ka khatam hona shamil hai.

Allergy: Naak behna, galay mein dard, aur aankhon mein jalan hoti hai, lekin yaad rakhen ke allergy mein bukhar bilkul nahi hota.

Ghar par kya karen? ✅ Agar Flu ya Allergy hai, toh garam paani ka istemal karen, chicken soup piyen, aur steam (bhaap) len. Thandi cheezon se parhez karen aur apni marzi se antibiotics hargiz na len.

⚠️ Doctor se kab ruju karen? Agar bukhar 3 din se zyada rahay, taste/smell chali jaye, ya seene mein shadeed dabao aur saans lene mein dushwari ho, toh foran doctor se rabta karen.
