A young patient presented with a localized, soft swelling over the finger. While common causes such as ganglion cyst or tendon sheath lesions are often considered, vascular malformations should remain an important differential diagnosis.

Vascular malformations are congenital anomalies of blood vessels that may present later in life as:
• Soft, compressible swelling

Klippel–Trenaunay Syndrome (KTS) is a rare congenital vascular disorder characterized by a triad of:
• Capillary malformations (port-wine stains)

🩺 Raynaud’s Phenomenon – Recognizing Early Vascular Signs
