Clinic Overview

We are a well-established Herbal & Hijama Clinic in Askari 11, Sector C, Lahore. offering natural healing treatments. We are looking for a female telephone marketing cm receptionist to manage patient appointments, handle calls, and promote our services professionally.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient inquiries and appointments.
2. Explain clinic services, promotions, and Hijama packages to potential clients.
3. Follow up with leads and maintain a database of patient records.
4. Manage front desk operations, greet patients, and assist in paperwork.
5. Maintain clinic schedules and appointment reminders via calls or messages.
6. Provide excellent customer service and build patient relationships.

Requirements:

1. Female candidate preferred.
2. Prior experience in telemarketing, reception, or customer service is a plus.
3. Strong communication skills in Urdu and English.
4. Basic knowledge of Hijama and Herbal Medicine is an advantage (training will be provided).
5. Proficient in using WhatsApp, MS Office, and appointment management tools.
6. A pleasant and confident telephone voice.
