Chicken Mince Kebab with Stir-Fried Vegetables

• Chicken Mince (125g): 150 kcal
• Gram Flour (Besan) (1/2 tbsp): 25 kcal
• Oil (½ tbsp for frying): 60 kcal
• Onion (¼ small): 10 kcal
• Capsicum (¼ small): 5 kcal

Recipe
Ingredients:
• 500g chicken mince
• 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
• 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
• ½ tsp cumin powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• 1 tbsp gram flour (besan) or breadcrumbs (for binding)
• 1 tbsp oil (for frying)
Toppings:
• 1 small onion, thinly sliced
• 1 green capsicum, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp oil (for stir-frying)
• A pinch of salt and black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Kebabs
1. In a bowl, mix chicken mince with all the spices, ginger-garlic paste, chopped onions, green chili, coriander, and gram flour.
2. Shape the mixture into small kebabs or logs.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the kebabs on medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked (about 8-10 minutes). Flip occasionally to ensure even cooking.
4. Remove and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables
1. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil and sauté the sliced onions and capsicum for 1-2 minutes until slightly soft but still crunchy. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Step 3: Assemble and Serve
1. Place the cooked kebabs in the pan and top with the sautéed onions and capsicum.
2. Let them sit for a minute to absorb the flavors.
3. Serve hot with yogurt dip, green chutney, or naan/roti. DM for consultations!
