Pt 48 years of age familial **al cancer ,presented 3 years ago with per re**al bleeding, done on which there was diagnosed re**al carcinoma , for which was done previouslyand was on chemotherapy.Pt was on follow up after that, during her follow up she had diagnosed with bilateral complex ovarian masses.
Her surgery was planned and clearance done.
Findings: multiple ,dense ashesions B/l complex massess #(ovariancancer)
