Salary Structure:
-Fixed salary Starting Rs 10,000/- to Maximum Rs 125,000/-
-30% to 40% partnership commissions to all employees on all business generated.
Exact Daily Duties:
-Sales and Marketing
-Providing financial consultancy to clients and contacts.
Training and Probation:
-5 days free mandatory training
-3 month paid probation period
