باہر کھانا کھائں تو بھی صفائ کا خیال رکھیں۔
تیز مرچ مصالحے سے پرہیز کریں ۔
بچوں کے کھانے کا خاص خیال رکھیں اور زیادہ سے زیادہ گھر کی چیزیں کھلائں !!
