Today by the grace of Allah Almighty ,we have removed a large suprarenal mass under kind supervision of professor dr safdar ali shah sb uneventfully with complete clearance, postoperative pt recovery was gud ,vitals were stable and sp02 97% at room air, patient fully conscious well oriented with time place and person,biopsy report awaited,
