Interesting case of Lt PCNl
Patient presented with diagnosis of Rt Non functional kidney with paper thin cortex and longstanding Rt PUJ obstruction which leading to Rt end stage kidney
Lt kidney was good but having small calculus 2.2mm on CT scan
Wondered after doing scan at our centre that stone was of 17 mm.
As it was single healthy kidney on lt sided so successful 4 S PCNL done
Lesson.
Always rely on your ultimate diagnosis not on single investigation even CT scan
