50 year old female from Balouchistan presented with history of severe heache and vomitings, and weakness of left side of body, CT scan shows Rt frontal SOl, MRI brain with contrast shows Right frontal parasagittal meningioma. 6 burr hole craniotomy made; total excision of tumor done. Alhamadulillah patient is fine with marked improvement in weakness.

11 year old boy fall in school while playing ; present with history of headache and vomitings; GCS 13/15. CT scan brain plain shows posterior fossa and occipital EDH with effacement of 4th ventricle that causes mild dilated ventricles.
Craniectomy done, EDH evacuated. Alhamdulillah patient is fine.

30 year old male presented with history of Motor vehicle injury; complain of Headache, vomitings, difficulty in breathing, on examination: GCS :13/15, pulse 58 beats/min,
CT scan brain shows: acute Subdural hematoma rt frontal temporoparietal region causing midline shift and temporal contusion & subtentorial hemorrhage.
Decompressive craniotomy done; Alhamadlillah patient went home with no neuro deficit.

20 year old male presented with history of headache, fever, fits, weakness of right side of body for 2 months, Altered level of consciousness for 4 days. On examination: GCS: 10/15, Signs of meningeal irritation were positive. CT scan brain and MRI brain shows left subdural empyema with midline shift more than 5 mm.. craniectomy done and dura opened with cruciate incision.about 70 ml Frank Yellow Pus aspirated and sent for C/S, that was sensitive to Tazobactum. Alhamdulillah patient is fine now
