A patient came with history of broken maxillary central incisors, with complain of pain and swelling, on clinical examination sinus were found on teeth, vitality test was negative, percussion test positive, periapical x-rays were taken, and treatment planning was done as, endodontic treatment with 2 weeks I M followed by direct composite restorations with fiber post on upper left central incisor.
