Young Doctors Association (YDA) Larkana strongly condemns the heinous act of terrorism involving the firing on Dr Faiq Mangrio. Such cowardly attacks on doctors are unacceptable and intolerable.

We demand the immediate arrest of the culprits and urge the higher authorities, including SSP and DIG Larkana, to ensure that the perpetrators are brought to justice and held accountable.

Otherwise, YDA reserves the right to take extreme measures to protect the lives and dignity of young doctors.

Dr Waseem and Dr Rabia Released YDA Demands Fair Inquiry

Alhamdulillah, Dr Waseem and Dr Rabia have been released after being falsely implicated in a fabricated and manipulated FIR. The Young Doctors Association (YDA) Larkana expresses deep concern over this malicious attempt to defame and harass respectable doctors of our region.

Both doctors are Grade-18 government officers, highly educated, and dedicated to their profession. Treating them like criminals is unacceptable and deeply unjust. Such incidents demoralize the medical community and threaten the healthcare system in Larkana.

We urge the DIG and SSP Larkana to form an impartial and transparent investigation team to review the case. YDA firmly believes that our doctors are innocent, and those responsible for this false propaganda must be held accountable.

We warn that if such actions continue, it will become increasingly difficult for doctors to serve patients in this region. YDA demands that higher authorities re-evaluate the entire case and ensure that the actual culprits are brought to justice — not those who have devoted their lives to saving others.

ینگ ڈاکٹرز ایسوسی ایشن نے فیسوں میں غیر منصفانہ اضافے کی سخت الفاظ میں مذمت کی

ینگ ڈاکٹرز ایسوسی ایشن لاڑکانہ (YDA) ڈپلومہ داخلوں کے لیے فیس کے اسٹرکچر میں حالیہ اور غیر منصفانہ اضافے کی سختی سے مذمت کرتی ہے۔ سرکاری اشتہار کے مطابق، داخلہ فیس 20,000 روپے اور ٹیوشن فیس 30,000 روپے درج تھی، لیکن اب چالان پر داخلہ فیس 25,000 روپے اور ٹیوشن فیس 60,000 روپے ظاہر کی گئی ہے۔

یہ نمایاں فرق نہ صرف گمراہ کن ہے بلکہ میڈیکل کے شعبے میں آنے والے نوجوان طلبہ کے ساتھ سراسر ناانصافی ہے۔ YDA اس اضافے کو ایک استحصالی قدم سمجھتی ہے اور اس کی فوری اصلاح کا مطالبہ کرتی ہے۔

YDA اس سازش کے خلاف قانونی چارہ جوئی کرے گی اور ذمہ دار افراد کو کٹہرے میں لانے کے لیے اقدامات کرے گی۔ ہم اس معاملے پر خاموش نہیں رہیں گے اور نوجوان ڈاکٹروں کے حقوق کے تحفظ کے لیے ہر ممکن قدم اٹھائیں گے۔

Young Doctors Association Strongly Condemns Unjust in Fees Hike

The Young Doctors Association Larkana (YDA) strongly condemns the recent and unjustified increase in the fee structure for diploma admissions. According to the official advertisement, the admission fee was stated as Rs. 20,000 and tuition fee as Rs. 30,000. However, the challan now reflects an admission fee of Rs. 25,000 and a tuition fee of Rs. 60,000.

This significant discrepancy is not only misleading but also a clear act of injustice towards aspiring medical professionals. YDA considers this an exploitative move and demands immediate correction.

YDA will pursue legal action and ensure that those responsible for this manipulation are held accountable. We will not remain silent on this matter and will take all necessary steps to safeguard the rights of young doctors.

Young Doctors Association (YDA) Larkana Warns Against Unlawful Induction of FCPS Candidates

Young Doctors Association (YDA) Larkana strongly warns the Director of Postgraduate Studies at Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University (SMBBMU) and the Vice Chancellor to refrain from inducting FCPS candidates without proper advertisement and adherence to merit-based procedures.

Any attempt to induct favored or recommended individuals through unfair means or bypassing due process will be considered a clear violation of rules and transparency. If such illegal inductions are carried out, the Director of Postgraduate Studies will be held solely responsible.

YDA firmly declares that it will pursue legal action by approaching the courts and reporting the matter to institutions such as the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and the Anti-Corruption Department to ensure accountability and uphold merit.

Young Doctors Association Larkana Strongly Condemns gun Shot Attack on Dr. Majida, Senior Gynecologist
The Young Doctors Association (YDA) Larkana strongly condemns the heinous attack on Dr. Majida, a senior gynecologist serving in Larkana. This incident is not only an assault on an individual doctor but an alarming threat to the entire medical community working tirelessly under already challenging conditions.

YDA Larkana expresses its deep concern and outrage over the lack of safety and protection for healthcare professionals in the region. Despite repeated appeals, the failure of the district administration and the Government of Sindh to provide adequate security to doctors is both unacceptable and dangerous.

We call upon the relevant authorities to immediately apprehend those responsible and take concrete steps to ensure the safety and dignity of all medical professionals in Larkana. If the administration continues to ignore our demands, YDA Larkana will be left with no choice but to initiate a "No Security, No Work" protest campaign.

لاڙڪاڻي ۾ امن امان جي صورتحال تي اڳ ئي ڳڻتي جو اظهار ڪيو پيو وڃي، پر تازو اسپتالن جي اندر پيش آيل پرتشدد واقعن ان بيچيني کي وڌيڪ شديد بڻائي ڇڏيو آهي.

ڪجھ ڏينهن اڳ لاڙڪاڻو جي چانڊڪا اسپتال ۾ هڪ بااثر شخص ڪيوزلوٽي جي شعبي ۾ زبردستي داخل ٿي، ڊاڪٽرن، طبي عملي ۽ مريضن جي تميادارن سان سخت بدتميزي، ڌمڪيون ۽ هٿاپائي ڪئي، جنهن سبب اسپتال جو ماحول خوف ۽ دهشت هيٺ اچي ويو.

اڄ وري هڏن جي شعبي (Orthopedic Ward) ۾ داخل هڪ مريض کي، جيڪو علاج جي غرض سان داخل هو، وارڊ جي اندر ئي ذاتياتي دشمني جي بنياد تي فائرنگ ڪري بي درديءَ سان قتل ڪيو ويو، جڏهن ته جوابدار بنا ڪنهن رنڊڪ جي فرار ٿيڻ ۾ ڪامياب ٿي ويا.

Meeting Agenda includes ,

• Mal-formed induction policies of the Postgraduate directorate by not inducting new FCPS trainees

• Acute shortage of the postgraduate doctors while leaving hospital on the verge of destruction

• Timely release of the stipend of the postgraduates , as last credited stipend is of the month of november 2024

• Harasment and non professional behaviour with Post-graduates by the Office bearers of the PG directorate


We are in deep sorrow to inform you that its all led by PG Directorate office

The Authorities including Directorate postgraduate office and Directorate Finance office SMBBMU are trying to engulf budget of the 500 slots of the post-graduate trainees but YDA is a big hurdle infront of this and we will never allow any Force to destroy our hospital and future of our doctors .

It is here bieng informed to all via this press release that a *Three day ultimatum* is announced that kindly revise your induction policy and solve all other matters related to PGs , otherwise we will proceed legally through Court and Anti-curroption

Today President YDA Larkano Dr Faheem Khushk and G:Secretary Dr Gulrez Mehran had fruitfull meeting with worthy Vice Chancellor SMBBMU larkano in order to pursue the ongoing issue of the advertisement of the postgraduate induction in the disciplines of FCPS and MCPS . Meeting proceeded in healthy enviroment . worthy Vice Chancellor having vision of enhancing and uplifting the post-graduation in University based degree programs along with CPSP
YDA larkana assures full support in this regard to you respected madam .
BUT , the announcement of the FCPS and MCPS induction policy is our first and formost demand to end the chaos in aspirants of the postgraduation .
Following this an application to revise and re-announce the induction policy of the session july-2025 was also submiitted
Vice Chancellor assured that in the coming week after EID , IN SHA ALLAH we will have a very good news regarding induction of the postgraduation .

An advertisement letter of the Postgraduate induction program of session july-25 was circulated by the directorate of the postgraduate studies SMBBMU larkana , in which no any FCPS ( neither General nor any subspeciality ) induction policy was mentioned , in context of this matter our YDA leadership went to meet Director PG office to discuss the issue and inform him about shortage of the Postgrduate doctors specially in the clinical fields , PGs are the foundation of any tertiary care hospitals , but Mr Director was in no mood to listen this serious issue however he started to shout and use flithy language against our doctors and previous office bearers of the PG directorate .

However our delegation remained calm in order to convey our message and requested him to ensure the FCPS-2 induction in upcomming session as it is sheer in justice for the people and doctors of larkana and its periphery , The Hospital is on the verge of destruction in recent times they also stopped the MCPS induction , as the burden of the duties on current Pgs is way more to the normal required hours as per policy of the CPSP and No new FCPS-2 induction will be final nail to the coffin of the historical Chandka Hospital of the Larkana .

It is first and the foremost final warning to the concerned office that kindly review your policy and induct FCPS-PART2 trainees if not then Full flage boycott of the services is the only option and you solemnly will be the responsible of the consequencies , and think thrice before you speak dirt to your younger doctors and colleagues , kindly uplift your office ethics and language dear Sir , we are your junior collegues not your personel employees , we cant bear your attitude at this level of our services to the hospital and the community .
