Today, *Regional Director Sir Zohaib Islam Abbasi chaired a District Office Staff Meeting at the Conference Hall, District Office PPHI Kamber.*

During the meeting, detailed discussions and important decisions were made regarding

• Grant-wise budget review
• Pending payments of medicines
• Action plan of Monitoring Wing
• MMU observations and their timely rectification
• Shortage of HR
• Nutritional KPIs and challenges
• BISP FCs performance
• Hurdles in service delivery at district level

The Chair expressed strong support to address the current challenges and assured full cooperation for improving smooth service delivery at doorstep health facilities across District Kamber Shahdadkot.

07. BNP/FCs performance, issues & way forward.
08. Other issues related to DO team.

Sir RD directed to all wings to ensure proper coordination to resolve the issues & Improve the quality of services at all HFs as per required & MMU criteria.

The *Monthly Review Meeting* (Dec & Jan) was held on *16 February 2026* under the chairmanship of the *District Manager.*
Key discussions included performance indicators, staff punctuality, stock management, record-keeping, PPFP, labor room requirements, and ANC services.

*The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran*. *It was chaired by the Respected DM PPHI Mr Jinsar Ali Bhatti Sb.*
Participants included members of the DO Team ( RMNCH,),MOHQ, MNCH, Ex. M&E, Store Manager, DNC,MS Civil Hospital, Deputy DHO,Nstop officer SOs, In-charge Medical Officers, and Female Medical Officers.

Following the introduction of participants, the District Manager delivered the opening remarks. The agenda items were discussed in detail, which included:

1. Review of decisions from the previous meeting and quarterly performance review.
2. Discussion on observations related to (MMUs).
3. In-depth review of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Discussion on District Office field observations, including LQAS findings and OPD slip audits.

Visit of Respected CEO Sir

Today, the respected CEO sir along with Regional Director visited GH Naudero. During the visit, sir inspected various departments of the hospital, including the Casualty Department, MNCH block, CeMONC, General OPD, Laboratory, Blood Bank, main store and the Administration Block. Sir enquired about the services from attendants and staff for available resources.

The visit proved to be highly productive, during which the respected CEO sir provided valuable guidance and recommendations for the future development and improvement of the hospital. He expressed his satisfaction and appreciation for the hospital’s efforts in delivering quality healthcare services and maintaining a clean and supportive environment.

On this occasion, the respected Regional Director and Hospital Administrator briefed the CEO sid on the hospital’s services, performance, and ongoing initiatives. The regional team from RO-III was also present during the visit.

During the visit, Sir inspected various departments of the hospital, including the Trauma Section, MNCH Block, General OPD Block, Laboratory, Blood Bank, Main Store, X-Ray Room, and other sections. Sir also inquired from patients' attendants and staff regarding the availability of resources and the quality of services being provided.

PPHI District Larkano A

Inauguration Ceremony at GD Taib, Taluka Ratodero, Distirct Larkano A.

Alhamdulillah, the inauguration ceremony of GD Taib Health Facility was held today, marking an important milestone in strengthening primary healthcare services in District Larkano.

The event was graced by Honorable Madam Faryal Talpur Sahiba, MPA and President, Pakistan People’s Party Ladies Wing Sindh, along with respected members of the divisional administration. The dignitaries conducted a detailed visit of the health facility and reviewed the available services and arrangements. The worthy CEO PPHI Sindh along with Regional Director shared a general outline of PPHI Sindh services and the newly acquired GDs in District Larkano.

During the visit, the honorable guest highly appreciated the role and performance of PPHI Sindh in improving healthcare delivery across the province, with special acknowledgment of the quality of services being provided in District Larkano. Their appreciation reflects the collective efforts of the management and field teams in ensuring accessible and effective healthcare for the community.
