A misleading and fabricated media campaign is currently being circulated on social media platforms regarding the alleged non-provision of Eid dresses to paramedic and auxiliary staff by PPHI Sindh Larkano
In the interest of transparency and fairness, it is important to clarify the facts:
PPHI Sindh Larkano operates strictly within an approved financial and administrative framework. All expenditures are made in accordance with the sanctioned budget and established organizational policies. There is no provision within the approved budget for providing Eid dresses or clothing allowances to paramedic staff or any other category of employees.
However, PPHI Sindh Larkano ensures the provision of standard uniforms and dress codes to medical, paramedic, and auxiliary staff as part of its operational policy. This support is consistently maintained.
The ongoing social media narrative is misleading and fictitious, and does not reflect the actual policy position or operational realities of the organization. PPHI Larkana urges responsible reporting and emphasizes the importance of verifying facts before disseminating information that may cause unnecessary confusion among staff and the public.
PPHI Sindh Larkano deeply values the dedication and hard work of its staff and remains committed to supporting them in all legitimate and policy-compliant ways, while continuing to deliver essential healthcare services to the community.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to the Chair and all participants for their active participation and contributions.

Today, *Regional Director Sir Zohaib Islam Abbasi chaired a District Office Staff Meeting at the Conference Hall, District Office PPHI Kamber.*

During the meeting, detailed discussions and important decisions were made regarding

• Grant-wise budget review
• Pending payments of medicines
• Action plan of Monitoring Wing
• MMU observations and their timely rectification
• Shortage of HR
• Nutritional KPIs and challenges
• BISP FCs performance
• Hurdles in service delivery at district level

The Chair expressed strong support to address the current challenges and assured full cooperation for improving smooth service delivery at doorstep health facilities across District Kamber Shahdadkot.

Participants included members of the DO Team ( RMNCH,),MOHQ, MNCH, Ex. M&E, Store Manager, DNC,MS Civil Hospital, Deputy DHO,Nstop officer SOs, In-charge Medical Officers, and Female Medical Officers.

Following the introduction of participants, the District Manager delivered the opening remarks. The agenda items were discussed in detail, which included:

1. Review of decisions from the previous meeting and quarterly performance review.
2. Discussion on observations related to (MMUs).
3. In-depth review of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Discussion on District Office field observations, including LQAS findings and OPD slip audits.

GH Naudero

Visit of Respected CEO Sir

Today, the respected CEO sir along with Regional Director visited GH Naudero. During the visit, sir inspected various departments of the hospital, including the Casualty Department, MNCH block, CeMONC, General OPD, Laboratory, Blood Bank, main store and the Administration Block. Sir enquired about the services from attendants and staff for available resources.

The visit proved to be highly productive, during which the respected CEO sir provided valuable guidance and recommendations for the future development and improvement of the hospital. He expressed his satisfaction and appreciation for the hospital’s efforts in delivering quality healthcare services and maintaining a clean and supportive environment.

On this occasion, the respected Regional Director and Hospital Administrator briefed the CEO sid on the hospital’s services, performance, and ongoing initiatives. The regional team from RO-III was also present during the visit.
