A case of goat was presented with the history of off feed from last two days with kicking on belly. According to the history of client the gestation period is almost complete. On physical examination the temperature was slightly high, on per-vaginal examination the cervix was closed and the kids were dead. The kids were removed by C-section, the kids were emphysemated and the putrification was started. The timely decision of the owner save the life of animal.
