ڈاکٹر لیاقت علی چوہان 'ضلعی ہیلتھ آفیسر' رحیم یار خان اور ڈاکٹر صالح احمد 'ضلعی ہیلتھ آفیسر' رحیم یار خان سیلاب میں پھنسے ہوئے لوگوں کو طبی سہولیات کی فراہمی کے لیے کلینک آن بوٹ کی قیادت کرتے ہوئے مختلف بستیوں میں جا کر طبی سہولیات کی فراہمی، وبائی امراض سے بچاؤ اور صاف پانی کی فراہمی یقینی بنا رہے ہیں.

کلینک آن بوٹ کی ٹیم ڈاکٹر، ہیلتھ و نیوٹریشن سپروائزرز، نرس / لیڈی ہیلتھ ورکر اور ڈسپنسر پر مشتمل ہے جو طبی سہولیات کی فراہمی کے ساتھ ساتھ سیلابی صورتحال میں مختلف بیماریوں سے بچاؤ کے لیے آگاہی بھی فراہم کر رہے ہیں.

Cross Boarder Coordination Session on Vaccination Coverage held at

Dr. Ghazanfar Shafique (CEO) and Dr. Muhammad Fiaz Maiken (CEO) in collaboration of Officials Partners for the Eradication of Polio jointly chaired the polio review session to discuss the vaccination coverage, synchronization of activities and strengthening of coordination across the district borders. Cheif Executive Officer and briefly discuss the points of common interests and strategic plans being carried out in the respective district.

Dr. Shafqat Khan Korai (DDHO) and Dr. Waqar Shakoor (DDHO) along with 1st line Supervisors of also attended the session and shared their experiences. Dr. Ghulam Murtaza (DHO) and Dr. Muhammad Fiaz Dreshak (DC) along with their 1st line Supervisors participated in the session.

Independence Day Celebrations at THQ Hospital Liaquat Pur 🇵🇰

Under the dynamic leadership of Dr. Muhammad Usama Moin, Medical Superintendent, the Independence Day Ceremony 2025 was celebrated at THQ Hospital Liaquat Pur with great zeal, national fervor, and unity.

We were honoured by the gracious presence of Assistant Commissioner Tehsil Liaquat Pur, Mr. Ibrahim Meladi Khar, and the esteemed MPA Ch. Mehmood Ahmed, whose participation greatly elevated the spirit of the occasion. Their inspiring words, warm interaction with staff, and active involvement were a source of great motivation for everyone.

The day commenced with a Parade by the Security Team, followed by the National Flag Hoisting Ceremony, the recitation of the National Anthem, and the cutting of the cake. A plantation drive was then carried out, after which lunch boxes were personally distributed by the MPA and Assistant Commissioner to the admitted patients, spreading joy and a sense of national unity among them.

📸 All staff members actively participated with full dedication, reflecting the true spirit of unity, pride, and love for Pakistan.

لہذا تحصیل ہیڈ کوارٹر ہسپتال لیاقت پور میں علاج کے لئے آنے والے مریض اپنے ساتھ *شناختی کارڈ* اور *موبائل نمبر* لازمی لے کر ائیں بصورت دیگر ان کے لیے اؤٹ ڈور پرچی کا اجرا نہیں ہوگا۔جسکی وجہ سے مریضوں کو مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑ سکتا ہے ۔

ڈاکٹر محمد اسامہ معین میڈیکل سپرنٹنڈنٹ تحصیل ہیڈ کوارٹر ہسپتال لیاقت پور نے ہسپتال ہذاکےورٹیکلز پروگرامزکے انچارج *(ہیپاٹائٹس،ٹی بی ،ڈینٹل ، NCD's) * سے تفصیلی میٹنگ کی اور میڈیسن کی فراہمی کا بھی جائزہ لیا۔ دوران میٹنگ انہوں تمام ورٹیکلز پروگرام کے انچارج صاحبان کو ہدایت کی کے مریضوں کو دی جانے والی سہولیات کے حوالے سے کسی بھی قسم کی کوتاہی کو برداشت نہیں کیا جائے گا ۔

06 June 2025 – Eid Holidays Inspection

Today, on 06 June 2025, the Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Liaqatpur, Dr Muhammad Usama Moin Sheikh, conducted a surprise visit to review the arrangements for the Eid holidays. The purpose of the visit was to inspect staff attendance as per the duty roster, verify the availability of essential medicines and logistics, and assess cleanliness, particularly in the indoor department.

Dr Sheikh issued strict instructions to all staff, emphasising that no negligence or absence from duty will be tolerated. He reaffirmed that all necessary medicines are well-stocked in the pharmacy and the emergency PTCL line is fully operational to handle any urgent situations.

The Medical Superintendent reiterated the hospital's commitment to ensuring uninterrupted service delivery throughout the Eid holidays.

On 5th June 2025, the Honorable Member of the Provincial Assembly, Mr. Chaudhary Mehmood Ahmed, conducted an official visit to THQ Hospital Liaqatpur. During the visit, he inspected the Indoor Department, including both male and female wards, and assessed the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards. He also interacted with patients to inquire about the quality of care being provided. The visit was found to be satisfactory in all aspects.
