This 45 year old female came to jahanzaib orhtopedic hospital with the history of Degloving injury. Her wound was septic and she was advised amputation of her leg from different surgeons.
Dr Jahanzaib consultant orthopaedic surgeon thoroughly reviewed the patient. He performed extensive debridement of the dead tissues and later performed skin grafting.
By the grace of Almighty Allah, patient’s limb was saved.
Now she is able to walk on her own.
Alhamdullilah hard work and timely surgical intervention with precision saved this lady from a debilitating loss.
