Patient with history of fall from bike .. presented with ipsilateral femur and tibia fracture.. did closed IM IL nail for both femur and tibia .. knee range of motion and partial weight bearing started very next day ..

آٹھ سال کے بچے کا جھولے پر کھیلتے ہوئے گرنے کی وجہ سے سے بازو کی ہڈی(ulna) ٹوٹ گئی تھی اور ایک جوڑ(radial head) بھی نکل گیا تھا۔بارہ گھنٹے کے اندر بچے کی ٹوٹی ہوئی ہڈی کا کامیاب آپریشن کر دیا گیا اور اس میں میں راڈ ڈال دیا گیا اور نکلے ہوئے جوڑ کو واپس اپنی جگہ بٹھا دیا گیا ۔اس آپریشن کی وجہ سے بچہ پہلے دن سے ہی اپنے بازو کو کو بغیر درد کے حرکت دے سکتا ہے اور ورزش کر سکتا ہے

Patient came with post traumatic arthritis of foot involving the subtalar joint with very painful weight bearing for past 1.5 years .. clinical examination and radiology suggestive subtalar arthritis .. did subtalar joint arthrodesis

Patient had DCP tibia done 1.5 yrs back from else where .. had Non union of tibia with deformity .. was not able to bear weight for past 1.5 years.. I did removal of implant and Intramedullary interlocking nail with bone graft.. started partial weight bearing the very next day ..

Patient had horse bite with fracture of distal radius .. open wound .. stabilization achieved with exfix and wound debridement done .. wil do definite fixation once sign of infection is gone and wound has healed ..

Patient had fracture radius and ulna after road traffic accident.. did ORIF with DCP radius ulna ..

92 yr male Patient came with 1 month old fracture neck of femur .. Did Bipolar Hemiarthroplasty .. patient mobalized on 1st day ..
