اجزاء : لونگ ۔دار چینی۔ جائفل۔ جلوتری۔ عقرقرحا ۔ تخم پیاز ۔ بڑی الائچی ۔ جڑ پان۔ ہرمل ہر ایک 30 گرام کچلہ مدبر۔ تخم جوزماثل 8-8 گرام ۔ تریاق خالص 15گرام
کجلی 10 گرام ۔ شنگرف 20 گرام جوہر سم الفار سفید 2 ماشہ
ترکیب تیاری: شنگرف کو نمک خوردنی تھوڑا نیچے رکھ کر اوپر شنگرف رکھ دیں اور پھر نمک اوپر ڈال کر 5گھنٹے درمیانی آگ پر پکائیں ۔ تیں عدد پیاز تقریباً ایک کلو وزن ہو ان کو چورہ کر کے توے پر ڈال کر درمیان میں شنگرف رکھ کر پکائیں اور اس طرح تین دفعہ پکائیں۔
شنگرف کواکیلا کھرل کریں اور انڈے کی کچی زردی میں کھرل کریں یہاں تک کے ایک جان ہو جائے ۔اب تریاق اور کھجلی بمعہ تیار شنگرف کو 6 گھنٹے تک مسلسل کھرل کریں ۔
