There are many signs and symptoms of arthritis of the knee:

🔴Creaking, clicking, grinding or snapping noises (crepitus).
🔴Difficulty walking.
🔴Joint pain that changes (gets better or worse) depending on the weather.
🔴Joint stiffness.
🔴Knee buckling.
🔴Knee joint pain that progresses slowly or pain that happens suddenly.
🔴Skin redness.
🔴Swelling.
🔴Your knee locks or sticks when it’s trying to move.
🔴Warm skin.

گھٹنے کے گٹھیا کی بہت سی علامات ہیں:

💥SLIP DISC💥
The phrase “slipped disc” refers to a common misconception about spinal disc herniation. People often describe herniated discs as “slipped discs,” implying that the discs move out of place. In reality, intervertebral discs, which are the cushioning structures between the vertebrae in the spine, don’t slip or move out of place. Instead, the outer layer of the disc can tear, and the inner gel-like substance can protrude or herniate, potentially causing pain by pressing on nearby nerves.

When a disc herniates:

1. Degeneration
2. Tear or Rupture
3. Protrusion

Symptoms of a Herniated Disc

The symptoms of a herniated disc depend on the location and severity of the herniation. Common symptoms include:

• Pain
• Numbness and Tingling
• Weakness

Discs don’t slip and they never will.
