💥Knee Arthritis 💥
There are many signs and symptoms of arthritis of the knee:
🔴Creaking, clicking, grinding or snapping noises (crepitus).
🔴Difficulty walking.
🔴Joint pain that changes (gets better or worse) depending on the weather.
🔴Joint stiffness.
🔴Knee buckling.
🔴Knee joint pain that progresses slowly or pain that happens suddenly.
🔴Skin redness.
🔴Swelling.
🔴Your knee locks or sticks when it’s trying to move.
🔴Warm skin.
💥گھٹنے کا گٹھیا 💥
گھٹنے کے گٹھیا کی بہت سی علامات ہیں:
🔴چڑکنے، کلک کرنے، پیسنے یا چھیننے کی آوازیں (کریپٹس)۔
🔴چلنے میں دشواری۔
🔴جوڑوں کا درد جو موسم کے لحاظ سے تبدیل ہوتا ہے (بہتر یا بدتر ہو جاتا ہے)۔
🔴جوڑوں کی سختی
🔴گھٹنے کا جگہ سے ہل جانا
🔴 گھٹنوں کا درد جو آہستہ آہستہ بڑھتا ہے یا درد جو اچانک ہو۔
🔴جلد کا سرخ ہونا۔
🔴سوجن۔
🔴جب آپ کا گھٹنا حرکت کرنے کی کوشش کر رہا ہو تو وہ بند ہو جائے ہے یا چپک جائے ۔
🔴گرم جلد۔
